Live in Unit 408 at the Cobalt Condominiums

The Application Process

The Cobalt Condominiums are managed by First Service Residential and the HOA has chosen First Service to handle the application process for prospective tenants. Here’s how it works:

• If you are interested in Cobalt 408, you’re invited to tour the unit and the building before submitting an application. You don’t need to start the process until you are certain that you want to live here. To set up a tour, either call (612-486-2575) or email (Lease@Cobalt408.com).

• Assuming you like the unit and want to apply, please complete the First Service Tenant Application Form and pay the application fee of $78 (which goes to First Service, not the owner).

• Once you’ve completed the application, please forward the confirmation email you receive from First Service to Lease@Cobalt408.com, and we’ll reserve the unit for you. If you want a copy of your application, First Service can provide it here: secure.rentalhistoryreports.com/Applicant/

• The application process can take 5-10 days. In the meantime, we’ll get you the lease and the addenda required by First Service and the The Cobalt HOA.

• Once the application is approved by First Service, you can set up a move-in with the Cobalt’s onsite management team.
